1 How to place an order?
Please send us your request. You can contact us via email, WhatsApp or WeChat. You can choose any way.
2. How long is the delivery time?
A) When they are inventory goods, we need 3 to 5 working days to deliver the products after receiving payment. If the goods you are interested in are not in stock, you may need to exchange other goods, or wait until they are available, which usually takes up to 40 days. Anyway, please contact us for details!
B) For OEM and customized services, MOQ>1K, we usually need 45 days to process orders.
The following is the flow chart: we send you the price list ->confirm the items you are interested in ->confirm the detailed requirements and payment methods ->send PI ->pay the deposit and deliver the design specification table and drawings ->start making samples after receiving the deposit ->make gold samples of products before mass production ->we will send videos or photos of gold samples for your confirmation (if there are special requirements, international express delivery can be arranged) >After confirming the gold sample, you can enter the order production ->if necessary, you can arrange a third-party company to conduct quality inspection ->pay the balance after passing the inspection ->arrange shipping or railway
C) We support customized services for retail customers. With MOQ>1, we usually need 60 days to process orders.

3 What is the payment method?
Only telegraphic transfer is supported temporarily. (Paypal can be used for retail customized services and orders with an amount of about $500 or less.)
4 How to ship the goods?
A) For the samples and customized products of retail customers, international express delivery is usually used, or we can deliver the samples to the warehouse or agent designated by you.
B) For bulk orders, our trade terms are usually FOB, shipping by sea and rail.
5 Do we provide other services related to the order?
A) For OEM orders, if you do not have a designer, we can design and make the outer packaging for you free of charge.
B) Consolidated shipment (LCL): When you purchase products from multiple different suppliers, we can help you consolidate the goods in one place and ship them FOB.
